If you look back at all the albums and mixtapes that came out this past year, it’s hard to deny that 2013′s been a helluva year for hip-hop. Even the notion that we’re in a new Golden Age has been tossed around (this particular writer will say that, yes, it’s a terrific period for indie rap but we shouldn't get ahead of ourselves).
