The lab tests the strain's purity and THC content. THC content and Purity are determined and thus the value of the strain is determined. Damien returns to the grower and delivers the results. Now its time for the final test of each strain to be performed, the taste test.
The certification of marijuana strain is important to the evaluation of the marijuana itself, a bad grow cycle can be very costly for these farmers so it is important that they get their crops certified before taking them to market. 1) to be legally certified medical marijuana the strain must contain a minimum 12% THC and be 100% impurity free 2) strains over 20% THC garner a higher value.
